Being the season for giving, some of us are looking for a way to give back.  After pictures with Santa, give an hour or two to volunteer!  There are several places needing volunteers this holiday season, right here in Fishers, Indiana.  Dog lover?  Volunteer at a puppy mill protest outside Uncle Bill’s Pet Center Saturday, December 4th from 10:00am-11:30am.  The volunteers will be meeting at 14061 Mundy Drive, Fishers, IN.

Volunteers of Fishers is also looking for individuals to help shovel sidewalks and driveways for the elderly and disabled, as well as looking for drivers to help transport the elderly and disabled to and from their appointments!

Still not found the right fit for you?  Adopt a family/child from your local church to help provide an exciting and enjoyable Christmas for those having hard times during the holidays!  Whatever you chose, there are so many activities and volunteer programs available this weekend to help get your holiday started off right, so get out there and enjoy!
