It's hard to believe that December is upon us.  It seems like just yesterday The Evelo Team at Keller Williams Realty met to lay out our goals for 2010.  With December comes The Evelo Team at Keller Williams annual Cookies With Santa client appreciation party.  Kids will have the opportunity to have a professional picture taken free of charge with Santa, as well as enjoy cookies and stories with other past clients of The Evelo Team.  Event details are below...

 

Also at this time of year, The Evelo Team likes to give thanks.  We want to take a minute and thank all of our past clients, family and friends, for helping to make 2010 a GREAT year.  While the Real Estate market is down, The Evelo Team increased production in 2010.  We are still negotiating at 97.4% to list price for our Sellers and at just below 95% for Buyers.  If you or anyone you know needs help with real estate in Fishers, IN and Hamilton County, please contact The Evelo Team at Keller Williams Realty!
